Free calculators built on the 2026/27 rates

Each tool runs in your browser, stores nothing, and uses figures verified against GOV.UK: personal allowance £12,570, dividend rates 10.75% and 35.75%, employer National Insurance 15% above £5,000, Corporation Tax 19% to 25%, VAT threshold £90,000. They give estimates for illustration; the service pages explain what a person would do with the answer.

About these tools

How they are built and what they leave out

The calculators share one set of rates, the same file that drives the deadline strips and the fee pages on this site, so a change in the law is corrected in one place. Each tool page explains its method and its limits in plain English below the form. None of them can see your full position: other income, reliefs, losses, pension contributions, residence and family circumstances all change the answer, and that is what our fixed-fee planning reviews are for.

Nothing you type is sent to us or stored, with one exception: the company name check sends the name you type to our server, which looks it up on the public Companies House register and returns the result without keeping it. Read the advice disclaimer before relying on any figure.

Numbers raise questions. We answer them for a fixed fee.

Tell us what you need. You get one fixed fee in writing, and nothing is filed until you approve it.
