Accounts and tax returns, filed before the deadline
Self Assessment, limited company accounts, Corporation Tax and sole trader accounts on fixed fees. Online, UK-wide, nothing filed until you approve it.
This is the compliance work every business has to get right once a year: the personal tax return, the statutory accounts, the company tax return and, for the self-employed, the year-end accounts that feed the Self Assessment. Each has its own form, its own deadline and its own penalty regime, and they interlock: a limited company director usually needs company accounts, a CT600 and a personal return, and the figures have to agree.
We price each job as a fixed fee published on this site. The fee is confirmed in writing before any work starts, and it does not move because the job took longer than we expected. Where your situation needs a higher package, for example rental income on a personal return or full rather than micro-entity accounts, we tell you which one applies at the quote stage, not on the invoice.
The process is the same for every service in this group. You send records by WhatsApp or email, we prepare a draft and explain the tax position in plain English, you approve it, and we file electronically with HMRC and Companies House. Submission receipts come back to you the same day. The next deadlines for your business are tracked and shown on every page we send.

Questions
Questions about accounts & tax returns
Which of these do I actually need?
A sole trader needs a Self Assessment return and, as the business grows, year-end accounts to support it. A limited company needs statutory accounts and a CT600 every year, and its directors usually need a personal return too. Tell us how you trade and we will list exactly which filings apply and quote one fee for the set.
Can you bundle the company and personal returns?
Yes. The limited company accounts package at £389 includes the director's Self Assessment alongside micro-entity accounts and the CT600, which is cheaper than buying them separately and means the dividend figures match across both filings.
What if my previous accountant has my records?
You are entitled to your own records and to a professional clearance letter. We write to the outgoing accountant on your behalf once you have authorised us, and most hand over within two weeks. Nothing about switching changes our fee.
