Advisory work is about what happens next: how much tax a decision will cost, whether the business can afford a hire, what the cash position looks like in thirteen weeks, and which numbers to watch each month. Traditionally this is sold by the hour, which makes it unpredictable and means most small businesses never buy it.

We price it as fixed products. A management accounts pack is a defined set of reports delivered on a defined date for a published monthly or quarterly fee. A tax planning review is a fixed scope and a written report. An advisory session is ninety minutes plus a written summary. A cash-flow forecast is a defined model with a defined number of scenarios. You know the cost before you commit, every time.

Advisory services are delivered online by video call and shared documents, and they are available as local pages for the larger towns and nationally everywhere else. They work best alongside bookkeeping we already do, because the numbers are current, but we can build them from your existing software exports if another firm does your compliance.
