Year-end accounts & statutory filing
We prepare and file statutory year-end accounts for UK limited companies with Companies House and HMRC — fully reviewed by a qualified accountant, filed early, fixed fee.
What are year-end accounts?
Every UK limited company must prepare statutory annual accounts and file them at Companies House, plus a company tax return (CT600) with HMRC. These accounts summarise your company’s financial position and determine the corporation tax you owe. We prepare them from your bookkeeping, review everything with you and file on time.
Accounts are due at Companies House nine months after your year-end, with corporation tax due nine months and one day after — we file early so you always know your numbers in advance.
More than just compliance
A good set of year-end accounts is a planning opportunity. We use yours to spot tax savings, advise on the best salary and dividend mix and flag anything to act on before the next year-end.
